Rock Splitter Working Principle

The rock that is usually broken has high compressive strength but low tensile strength. The static blast rock splitter uses ultra-high pressure oil as the energy source, and the ultra-high pressure oil output from the hydraulic power station is driven by mechanical amplification of the supercharger. The cylinder inside the split rod generates a huge driving force, so that the splitting machine pushes the hydraulic top in the splitting rod to protrude out of the cracked rock, and the hydraulic pressure instantaneously exceeds the high pressure and reaches several thousand tons of splitting force, which will easily be taken from the inside of the rock. The hard rock splits and splits the object in a predetermined direction to achieve the purpose of expansion, fracture, and excavation.
