The basic structure of rubber crawler and steel crawler is the same. Usually, it is also composed of guide wheels, supporting wheels, driving wheels, supporting wheels, crawler belts and walking frames. The small excavator rubber track is made of rubber molded pieces. Continuous track, core fabric and multiple steel wire ropes are reinforced, and the outer side has a shoe and the inner side has a transmission member. Steel transmissions are embedded in vulcanized rubber belts. The main parameters of the rubber track are the pitch, the number of sections, the track width, the pattern style, and the embedded metal parts. The drive wheels are installed on the travel reducer and are used to wind the track to ensure the mechanical running. The drive wheel for the rubber crawler adopts a convex tooth profile, and bending stress occurs during the crawler work, which may cause fatigue damage to the track. Therefore, the diameter of the drive wheel is not too small.
